Meisha's masters level work in mindfulness and neuroplasticity drives her resolve that choice and change are within reach for most people. She prioritizes improving access to supportive services that contribute to the well being of individuals, families, and communities.

 

With more than 25 years of cumulative experience in adult education and counseling, Meisha has accumulated a wealth of life knowledge. Her varied experiences, training, and education fortify her approach to emotionally focused, collaborative therapy.

 

As a therapist, mentor, and advocate, Meisha delivers the mindset, disposition, and skill required to empower others towards the results they desire. Meisha is proud to bringing consistent determination and reliable empathic focus to every session. She believes that everyone has untapped potential, and she is motivated to inspire her clients with research informed experiential guidance and support.

Dena Schwimmer has a natural openness to all that life has to offer and embraces the endless possibilities for growth and balance that inspires others to explore their own journey. Her approach to therapy comes from a nonjudgmental perspective, fostering a collaborative bond that allows others to discover and release obstacles in their lives which leads to personal growth and success. Dena’s master's level work in Mindfulness technique coupled with 20 years in meditation practice contribute to her holistic approach to counseling.

 

As a seasoned professional and artist, Dena offers empathetic guidance, collaborative support, and an artistic aesthetic to the therapeutic experience. Dena believes that whatever challenges a person faces or anticipates, support can make exploration and discovery an exciting and fulfilling adventure. She is inspired to help others access their creative and intellectual potential, fortify their innate gifts, and foster hidden or unexplored talents.

 

 

  

Our counselors hold a Master's Degree in clinical psychology, and are registered Marriage and Family Therapist Interns with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The services provided by our counselors are supervised by Tiffany Ann Dzioba, PsyD, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #51595.
