Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Starting the process of exploring challenging memories, finding ways to let light in through the cracks, and get up and meet your challenges can be a difficult task to tackle on your own. I strive to be the person to advocate, provide a safe environment, and collaborate with you during unexpected, unrehearsed times of resilience, heart ache, loss, or just confusing times.  I am a trauma informed therapist who understands what it means to have too many competing demands and not enough resources. I know that real change is hard and I believe effective collaboration is the best path toward all our goals.

I understand why seeing the whole person is the first step towards wellbeing and I having effective methods that empower my clients to develop a routine that feels good physically and mentally. If you are struggling with integration of class, race, gender, sexual orientation, ageism, ableism, religious orientations, or immigration we can work together and build a map for successful progress forward. I am also an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and dedicated to providing a safe space and affirmative supports.

My primary goal is to establish therapeutic alliance that foster hope, healing, personal growth, and insight to continue to get up and show up in the world. I effectively encourage adolescents, adults, couples, families, and provide groups for Teen relational issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict resolution, anger management, and grief. Navigating these waters on your own can be confusing and difficult. I can grant you the support you deserve, reach me today for a consultation.

We are a nonprofit community counseling agency, committed to expanding access to supportive services. With compassion, collaboration, and respect we provide affordable mental health care including programs that strengthen adults, youth, families, and communities.

We believe mental health care is a right, not a privilege. By providing affordable mental health services and effective community programs we increase access and utilization of supportive services that contribute to improved adult, youth, and family functioning. We are certain this will lead to fortified communities in Los Angeles.
