YOLO! YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE, so make it the best life it can be?

I understand the chaos that we call life. I personally come from a multicultural/ethnic background, where Spanglish is common, laughter is important, and everyone is welcome. My career has been centered in support for victims of crimes, persons experiencing emotional crisis, and families in crisis that want to restore healthy connection. I also have experience working with couples using Imago dialogue approaches, designed to help conflict within relationships become opportunities for healing and growth.

I use mission focused tactics to develop your therapeutic goals and figure out how we can get you there. You’re driving the car; I’m merely the GPS system guiding you along whichever route you decide to take. My lived experiences as a mediator, coach, educator, and now therapist motivate my knowing that empathetic, safe, nonjudgmental collaboration makes for exceptional development of confidence and wellbeing. I work from a lighthearted approach that is grounded in acceptance, intersectionality, and I believe life tests us so we can discover our strengths.

We are a nonprofit community counseling agency, committed to expanding access to supportive services. With compassion, collaboration, and respect we provide affordable mental health care including programs that strengthen adults, youth, families, and communities.

We believe mental health care is a right, not a privilege. By providing affordable mental health services and effective community programs we increase access and utilization of supportive services that contribute to improved adult, youth, and family functioning. We are certain this will lead to fortified communities in Los Angeles.

We offer sincere gratitude to our Board Members for their support and invaluable guidance, view our Board Roster HERE.
