Legal name: Jacob Joseph Aaron Rostovsky

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #111197

Supervised by Tiffany Ann Dzioba, PsyD, LMFT #51595

To me, therapy means authenticating parts of oneself, whether you view them as negative or positive. Once those parts are brought into light then we can work on changing or growing them. My main goal is to have you bring your full, authentic self into the room without any fear of judgment. My experience includes working with individuals who have anxiety, depression and post-trauma related symptoms. I pride myself on being a safe space for individuals who identify as LGBTQ+. I also have extensive experience working with the gender diverse population.

I come from a kind and compassionate place and aim to help you make positive changes along the way of self-discovery. What happens outside of our sessions is also key. I encourage and provide homework and activities for you to engage in during the week and continue the therapeutic process outside the room.

I like to be realistic with my clients and set expectations and goals that are actually achievable. In the therapy room we will work hard, together, as the therapeutic relationship is extremely important to achieve change. While some work may be difficult, I will be there with positive support and encouragement the whole way.
