Associate MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST #105571

I believe the collaborative process expands awareness, resolves disconnections, nurtures compassion, and uplifts relationship satisfaction and confidence. I use Narrative Therapy, Voice Dialogue, Emotional Integration, and Mindfulness practices to support couples and families. Changes in life are inevitable, and navigating the twists and turns can be challenging. I nurture interdependence from an emotionally aware perspective that supports courageous conversations and a problem-solving skillset.

I create opportunities for you to practice powerful ways to connect deeply with your partner and family. Our work will prioritize cultivating awareness of self, then accurate understanding of your loved one(s).  Equppies with these skills you can then practice being a loving, supportive partner.  My approach with couples and families almost always produces deeper understanding and more ease at adapting to changes. Healthy partnerships and family engagements produce joy and fulfillment. It's not an illusion of smoke and mirrors, but it is work. Expect homework, no skill is earned without practice!

I am an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, and I have invested in cultural humility that specifically uplifts my Allyship and support of the NBPOC commUNITY. I am honored to be a part of growURpotential because we can thrive on purpose when we know how.

We are a nonprofit community counseling agency, committed to expanding access to supportive services. With compassion, collaboration, and respect we provide affordable mental health care including programs that strengthen adults, youth, families, and communities.

We believe mental health care is a right, not a privilege. By providing affordable mental health services and effective community programs we increase access and utilization of supportive services that contribute to improved adult, youth, and family functioning. We are certain this will lead to fortified communities in Los Angeles.

We are sincerely grateful to Our Board Members for their support and invaluable guidance.
