While change and growth are challenging, my goal is to make therapy an enjoyable and productive endeavor. Partnering with clients, I help explore the roots of struggles, patterns, and obstacles appearing in multiple relationships and contexts, and identify ways to confront and overcome the issues blocking growth. My strengths as a therapist lie in the close relationships I form with clients, based on trust and safety.

I work particularly well with individuals struggling with recent or developmental trauma, PTSD, BPD, mood and anxiety issues, attachment injuries, grief, identity formation, challenging family dynamics, and other relational issues. Having spent my career thus far in an array of settings, I nurture a holistic view of each individual and support clear evolutions toward specific goals.

I utilize trauma therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic experiencing techniques and teach DBT skills with a special emphasis on mindfulness. My interventions are trauma-informed, client-centered, and mind-body-spirit-oriented.
