Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #113795

Supervised by Yisraela Hayman, LMFT #53250

As a Mindfulness trauma-resolve therapist, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling to find relief from many of life’s challenges. Relational difficulties, family problems, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and life transitions can all be more difficult than we imagine. I encourage collaboration in a safe, nonjudgmental space to gently explore these difficulties, and build solutions that grow confidence.

I believe in the healing potential of the brain, which is why I pull from a variety of practices to achieve real change. I specialize in art therapy and brainspotting and I offer these paths to help clients explore emotions as an alternative to traditional talking-therapy. Our sessions are tailored to your needs and desires; we will work the way that works best for you.

I am a mental health professional because I believe in the power and potential of every client. I have seen the benefits of committed change and self-reflection, and I firmly believe in the resiliency and strength of the human spirit. I am proud to practice at an agency where therapists with healing-oriented mindsets provide access to quality care.

Lauren holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The services provided by Lauren are supervised by Our Clinical Team

We are a nonprofit community counseling agency, committed to expanding access to supportive services. With compassion, collaboration, and respect we provide affordable mental health care including programs that strengthen adults, youth, families, and communities.

We believe mental health care is a right, not a privilege. By providing affordable mental health services and effective community programs we increase access and utilization of supportive services that contribute to improved adult, youth, and family functioning. We are certain this will lead to fortified communities in Los Angeles.

We are sincerely grateful to Our Board Members for their support and invaluable guidance.
