Therapy is a great place to start your healing journey. It’s time to transition from surviving to thriving. Are you someone who feels stuck, lost, insecure, distracted, overlooked, or overwhelmed? Is it hard for you to reach out for help? Do you experience depression, anxiety, trauma, or fear? Do you struggle with burnout or fear something is the matter with your mental health? I’m here to help!

I am a restorative justice warrior who is passionate about therapy. I am dedicated to witnessing clients empower themselves, and I coach from vibrant lived experiences. You are the expert of your own life. I help you trust that fact. Together, we get you flourishing as your best self in all aspects of your life.

I use mindfulness, CBT, motivational tactics, and psychoeducation to resolve trauma and grow confident skills for managing life. No cookie-cutter will do, I help you build techniques tailored to your life to achieve self-acceptance, release damaging habits and thoughts, embrace community and belonging, and do the hard but necessary work for the great reward of healing and liberation.

The late great Ms. Shirley Chisolm once said “Service is the rent that you pay for room on this earth”.  I’m excited to be a part of the growURpotential team as we continue expanding access to culturally competent mental health care for marginalized communities.

Michelle holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The services provided by Michelle are supervised by Our Clinical Team

We are a nonprofit community counseling agency, committed to expanding access to supportive services. With compassion, collaboration, and respect we provide affordable mental health care including programs that strengthen adults, youth, families, and communities.

We believe mental health care is a right, not a privilege. By providing affordable mental health services and effective community programs we increase access and utilization of supportive services that contribute to improved adult, youth, and family functioning. We are certain this will lead to fortified communities in Los Angeles.

We are sincerely grateful to Our Board Members for their support and invaluable guidance.
