Yonat Swimmer, MA
Legal name: Jana Beth Swimmer
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #92713
Supervised by Tiffany Ann Dzioba, PsyD, LMFT #51595
As a Mindfulness and humanistic-trained therapist, I believe in creating a genuine space for positive change, expanding communication skills, growing trust and resolving the obstacles that block your path to inner peace and to attain your life goals. I believe that you hold the answers to your own happiness and well-being. In our sessions, I will work to provide you with a secure base, a mirror, a teammate, a confidante, a witness. Together, we can find the pathways to access and fortify your unique gifts and unexplored talents allowing you to grow into the person you always imagined.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to create a safe environment that allows for an authentic, compassionate, and non-judgmental experience. Helping you focus on your strengths to create positive change to become your best self with intention. Our sessions together should be a journey towards inspiration and healing.
People usually call a therapist because they're struggling, and often they've already been struggling for a long time. Therapy is about opening up new possibilities for living in fullness. It's about feeling more connected to oneself and others, and developing a richer experience of life. I welcome Telehealth and in-person consultations. Feel free to reach me to arrange an appointment.
