I believe we all deal with issues in life that are confusing and painful, and I also believe counseling creates a place to find our best solutions. I welcome converse about dilemmas, hard feelings, and issues related to being the human you want and deserve to be. If you are willing to get into it, I will guide an exploration that allows you to see your best self more clearly and confidently.
I guide my clients from compassion to empowering themselves. I help them express and advocate for their own needs and become the caring coach for themselves they deserve to be. I enjoy partnerships with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families on their healing journey. I look forward to providing assistance with personal goals, and communication skills, and to get in touch with barriers to self-confidence.
I use mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused approaches to guide resolves to anxiety and depression, behavior modification, and self-compassion. As a BIPOC Clinician, I understand systemic injustice and I welcome all people in need of this understanding. I am excited to partner with growURpotential because I believe in striving to be the best versions of ourselves.
Jeanette holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The services provided by Jeanette are supervised by Our Clinical Team.
We are a nonprofit community counseling agency, committed to expanding access to supportive services. With compassion, collaboration, and respect we provide affordable mental health care including programs that strengthen adults, youth, families, and communities.
We believe mental health care is a right, not a privilege. By providing affordable mental health services and effective community programs we increase access and utilization of supportive services that contribute to improved adult, youth, and family functioning. We are certain this will lead to fortified communities in Los Angeles.
