Process Group for Parents in Conflict

Saturdays

10:00 AM PST

Co-parenting with a person who is not your FRIEND leads to a toxic co-parenting relationship. We will heal conflict when we choose to honor the boundaries of friendship with our co-parent. Healthy co-parenting can be a fantastic experience, and it can also be stressful and overwhelming. All parents feel like they’re constantly juggling between priorities. Playing TEAM BALL will lighten your load and create an environment for your child[ren] that helps them feel safe, protected, and loved by both parents.

By sharing our experiences, we can grow skills and become equipped to manage our responsibilities with greater confidence. Group therapy is affordable, provides multiple perspectives, and is helpful for developing ways to navigate complex issues. This group helps you manage stress and put balance back into your life.
