If you want to break free from shame and self-doubt, if you believe you can live a more authentic life that centers self-compassion and brave choices, I would love to work with you! Helping people come home to themselves is why I do this work. Many of us spend years chasing perfectionism, trying to please everyone, or being silent to get along with loved ones. I trust that feeling worthy of love and belonging is a birthright. I help people remember that they deserve confidence, self compassion, and enough selfishness to thrive on purpose.

As a daughter of immigrants, I understand the challenge of reconnecting with self-trust. Our values, needs, and self-expression often compete with our cultural and generational expectations, and when we reflect with guidance we can untangle the truth that lives within up. Somatic Therapy helps us know ourselves and I have had much success with young adults, and family members who want to know themselves better.

Therapy matters because it creates a space for healing to happen, where we can feel truly seen, herd, and understood. I help clients untangle overwhelming thoughts, challenge limiting beliefs, and build self-trust so they can live more authentically. I choose to practice at growURpotential because this organization shares my vision for a healing partnership looks like in action.

Melody is currently enrolled in a Master's Degree Program for Clinical Psychology to become Marriage & Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The services provided by Melody are supervised by Our Clinical Team.

We are a nonprofit community counseling agency, committed to expanding access to supportive services. With compassion, collaboration, and respect we provide affordable mental health care including programs that strengthen adults, youth, families, and communities.

We believe mental health care is a right, not a privilege. By providing affordable mental health services and effective community programs we increase access and utilization of supportive services that contribute to improved adult, youth, and family functioning. We are certain this will lead to fortified communities in Los Angeles.

We are sincerely grateful to Our Board Members for their support and invaluable guidance.
