I'm a queer, grieving-thriving poet, educator, and community care coach who understands healing as a personal and political expression of love.
Healing invites me to nurture skills for human connection and pivot from codependence to interdependence. When I recognize myself as part of an ecosystem of care, I honor my responsibility to identify and meet my needs, embrace my boundaries and desires, and co-create worlds that reflect my innate lovability back to me.
Where oppression once disconnected me from my body, healing resourced me with strategies for resilience. Somatic processing, self-compassion, and relational repair have transformed my capacity to show up for myself and the people around me with joy.
I joined the Healing Healers Network at growURpotential in 2020 and deeply align with the organization's approach to care as a mutual, intentional investment. It is my privilege to offer support to humans seeking care strategies which nurture individual and collective well-being.

We are a nonprofit community counseling agency, committed to expanding access to supportive services. With compassion, collaboration, and respect we provide affordable mental health care including programs that strengthen adults, youth, families, and communities.
We believe mental health care is a right, not a privilege. By providing affordable mental health services and effective community programs we increase access and utilization of supportive services that contribute to improved adult, youth, and family functioning. We are certain this will lead to fortified communities in Los Angeles.
