Exploring Freedom Through Spirit, Mind & Body

Healing is rarely one-dimensional. We can understand something intellectually and still feel it in our bodies. We can develop new practices while continuing to wrestle with old beliefs.

We can feel spiritually grounded while discovering that some part of us still needs attention, compassion, or choice. That is why we are sharing the Freedom Reset Symposium with our Healing Healers community.

The Freedom Reset Symposium is a publicly available collection of 21 videos organized into three seven-video experiences: Spirit, Mind, and Body. We did not produce this project; we are sharing it as an outside resource that complements our commitment to

reflection, self-determination, and whole-person wellbeing.

Spirit: What Keeps Us Connected?

The Spirit collection creates space to explore meaning, purpose, inner alignment, and the practices that help us reconnect with what matters.

For Healing Healers, spiritual wellbeing does not require one religious belief or practice. We can learn from prayer, meditation, reflection, community, ancestral wisdom, creativity, nature, stillness, and other practices that help us experience connection and meaning.

Mind: What Are We Believing?

Our thoughts help shape how we interpret ourselves, relationships, possibilities, and challenges. The Mind collection invites reflection on beliefs, identity, fear, expectations, emotional patterns, and the stories we may have learned to carry.

At growURpotential.org, we are interested in the space between noticing and choosing. Awareness does not demand that we immediately change something. Sometimes the first meaningful practice is simply becoming curious about what is happening within us.

Body: What Are We Experiencing?

Our bodies participate in our experiences of stress, safety, pleasure, connection, grief, rest, and belonging.

The Body collection offers another doorway into reflection by bringing attention to embodied experience and practices that invite us to reconnect with ourselves.

This aligns beautifully with one of our central Healing Healers practices: we do not always have to begin by asking “Why?”

Sometimes we can begin with: What am I noticing? Where am I experiencing it? What might support me right now?

Why We're Sharing It

Healing Healers is built around a simple understanding: care partners need care, too.

Therapists, facilitators, community health workers, peer supporters, project managers, mentors, caregivers, educators, advocates, and community leaders spend enormous amounts of energy supporting other people.

Our invitation is to practice turning some of that attention inward. The Freedom Reset Symposium gives us another resource for doing that across Spirit, Mind, and Body.

You do not have to agree with every idea presented. You do not have to complete all 21 videos. And you do not have to turn every reflection into another assignment.

Take what supports you. Question what does not. Notice what creates curiosity. Return to the practices that help. That is part of self-determination.

Healing on Purpose

At growURpotential.org, we often think about healing as a movement:

Notice → Reflect → Resource → Practice → Choose

Sometimes deeper awareness leads us toward therapy. Sometimes it leads toward community, movement, art, spiritual practice, rest, a conversation, a boundary, or a different decision.

The goal is not to prescribe one pathway.

The goal is to strengthen our capacity to recognize what we need and increasingly participate in choosing it. That is what we mean by Healing on Purpose.

So as you explore the Freedom Reset Symposium, consider one question:

What is one small practice—in my spirit, mind, or body—that would help me live in greater alignment with what I already know matters to me?

We grow together.

Resource note: The Freedom Reset Symposium is an independently produced, publicly available resource. growURpotential.org is sharing links to the original public playlists for educational and reflective purposes. Unless otherwise expressly stated by the project's creators, our sharing of this resource should not be understood as sponsorship, partnership, affiliation, we only share sincere glitter for the Freedom Reset Symposium & its creators.
