Life is hard. Whether addressing former environments, society’s expectations, traumatic experiences or current obstacles, humans deserve to have support through processing life’s hardships. I am a trauma-informed therapist who provides humanistic approaches to supporting change and development. 

 

My goal is to empower to address obstacles in order to build resiliency, eliminate distress, and motivate each individual to reach their highest potential. I provide therapy through a humanistic lens utilizing methodology that centers around building both mental and physical wellness. 

 

If you are struggling inequity around race, gender, sexual orientation, ageism, religious orientations, anxiety, depression, trauma, immigration, or generational curses, we can work together to build your resiliency. I am a community-centered therapist that is dedicated to supporting you through your process in becoming a better human. 

  

Ericka holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and is a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The services provided by Ericka are supervised by Tiffany Ann Dzioba, PsyD, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #51595 and Yisraela Hayman, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #53250.
