Our clinical program supports the capacity and confidence of clinical practitioners who will license or have a license in the state of California, issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences [BBS]. Everyone in this clinical path will be monitored to affirm that alignment with BBS regulations is not interrupted. in some relationship to and changes status across this evolution and our program will support you, should you choose to stay. We have seamless elevations throughout the program, and we always embrace external transitions to and from other paths in your clinical evolution journey.

Level I Clinical Participant

Enters our 1st Year Clinical Program and maintains expectations for clinical training, supervision, and case management of the minimum client hours required by this program. Admission is contingent upon alignments with trainee designation, associate registration, or licensure as a clinical care provider with the BBS; civic investments; work experience; and academic progress. Participants will transition to Level II after 12 months, with a reliable history of agency compliance. 

 

Compensation is $250 per week after 6 months of tenure.

Level II Clinical Participant

Enters our 2nd Year Clinical Program and maintains expectations for clinical training, supervision, and case management of the minimum client hours required by this program. Admission is contingent upon 1500 clinical hours gained toward clinical licensure, as required by the BBS OR completion of our 1st Year Clinical Program. Participants may stay in Level II until they choose to transition away from this program OR until they reach their fifth-year tenure, whichever arrives first. 

 

Compensation is 50% of the revenue generated. 

Level III Clinical Participant

Enters our 3rd Year Clinical Program after completing EMDR Training and maintains expectations for clinical training, supervision, and case management of the minimum client hours required by this program. Admission is contingent upon completion of our 1st Year Clinical Program OR completion of our 2nd Year Clinical Program, with a reliable history of agency compliance. Participants may stay in Level III until they reach their fifth-year tenure. 

 

Compensation is 60% of the revenue generated.
