Clinical Evolution.png

Our clinical program supports the capacity and confidence of clinical practitioners who will license or have a license in the state of California, issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences [BBS]. Our focus on clinical development has always prioritized confident private practice skills, anchored in culturally-competent quality-oriented, whole-person mental health services for marginalized communities.

Everyone on our clinical path will be mentored, compensated ethically, and reviewed in alignment with BBS regulations.  We have seamless elevations throughout the program, and we support transitions to and from other paths in the clinical journey.

  • Everyone is welcome to work here and anywhere besides

  • Everyone is encouraged to tribe here and in other spaces

  • We award everyone in 1st-Year has the same compensation

  • We award everyone in 2nd-Year has the same compensation

  • We award everyone in 3rd-Year has the same compensation

  • Success requires a commitment to self-evolution investments
