Looking Inward Activity





Our Healing On Purpose programs have grown in popularity because efforts to open the flow of self-trust and personal development generally produce what most of us call healing.


With all privileges, resources are limited. The support we offer must be earned with honor for where you are, without judgement. The focus of CARE Partnership is to increase your power to show up in all the ways that support healing. We thank you for being vulnerable with yourself and for trusting us with your current mindsets. We also make this tool available so you can get honest with yourself. This tool will be used to co-create a clear set of goals early in your care, so the goals set for your care create the outcomes you deserve.


On this scale, you are being honest with you. There is no right or wrong in our human journey. Self reflection can cause disappointment, but our own values motivate us, and all planning for success requires us to look inward, to capture our own reflections about where we are. This activity will help with self-reflection. 


On this scale, LEFT is moving freely and RIGHT is not able to move freely. 


On this scale, 10 is moving freely and 0 is not able to move freely. 


On this scale every statement on the LEFT represents moving freely or a 10 on the scale, while every statement on the RIGHT represents not being able to move freely. Most of us live in some combination of the statements, so we pick the number on the scale that best represents that combo. In the grey space put your whole number response for each row.

I am able to initiate and accomplish personal goals, behavior changes, or mindset shifts. 

I am feeling stuck in a state of fatigue, resistance, or inability to make progress despite my desire to progress.

I am feeling overwhelmed, doubtful, or run over by life and circumstances.

I am feeling confidence, curiosity, and motivation.

I am feeling frustration, fear, or grief.

Action Approach


I am able to take steps toward goals, even while I am uncertain or afraid.

I am feeling a lot of hesitation, I avoid hard things, or I seem to repeat unhelpful habits.

Accountability Partnerships


I am supported by at least two people who provide feedback, affirmation, and encouragement that fuels my progress.

I feel little support from my existing environment and my circumstances are not helping me feel safe or capable.

Mindstate


I am deeply connected to tools and resources that anchor my emotional experience in hope and resilience.

I often feel trapped, a low sense of progress, and have a hard time finding hope or faith in anything.

Overcoming Challenges


I have learned to view obstacles as opportunities for new experiments.

I am less than confident about problem solving and my solutions are not working. 

Perspective on Change


I am open to new approaches for self-reflection, self-expression and healing on purpose.

I am not sure change is possible and I am unsure how trying will be any different than other times I have tried.
